    Hi Folks,

Sometime ago I rode with someone (can't remember who now) and they had a metal brace installed on their front fender.

Here's my problem, I have a fender bag for spare tubes, and the vibration from the up and down motion, because of the added weight, can be felt in the handle bars at around 55 mph and upwards. I need some way of making the fender more ridged, but still allowing me to be able to use my fender bag.

    Any suggestions ?

There are such things are fender braces.....

I used to have one on my old Yam XT600E so exactly the same reason, my fender bag was quite heavy with a spare tube in it.

I bought mine from a UK company called M & P Accessories. They have a website:

Acerbis makes a fender brace (universal fit). I did a search on Dennis Kirk and found it for $29: http://www.denniskirk.com
